As a person, you are creative and readily come up with suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, selling, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

You will work with all the tasks commonly found in a store, such as:

• Working at the cash register
• Restocking shelves and fronting products
• Building displays on sales tables and ends
• Working with inventory and shrinkage
• Conducting quality controls
• Keeping the store clean and tidy

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You find it easy to create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. You thrive on being active and working with your body. Working in a store offers you a varied job at times in a fast-paced environment, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in the grocery retail sector is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is just as important to us at Coop.

The position is a permanent part-time employment of 3.25 hours/week (working every other weekend according to schedule). We apply a probationary period. The desired start date for the position is January 17, 2026. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
